SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday as long as it not a Holiday.

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping is 7-14 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivered with the USPS or FedEx. Business days are Monday-Friday.

Cashmere Luxe & Co. is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Cashmere Luxe & Co. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.

You will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to become visible on there website and before calling to inquire.

Store Pick Up Instructions

1. Before going to the store, wait for an email or text message confirming your order is ready.

2. Bring your valid U.S. government issued ID.

3. Bring your confirmation email or your order number.

4. Visit the location listed .

Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready for pick up. You will have 3 day to pick it up before your order . If more time is needed please email us for further assistance.

To ensure a timely delivery all orders are processed daily, therefore orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is received.
